Sales, a program from an award-winning consulting firm, consisting

Customer Support
GBD provides free access to online technical support, including a
searchable database of FAQ’s and direct links to manufacturers'
tech support Web sites. Certified technicians provide 24x7
telephone support and complete custom installations and repairs in
the company's configuration center. Full time technical staff
includes Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), Sun Solaris
Certified Network Administrators (SCNA), Certified Novell NetWare
Engineers (CNE) and Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE).
GBD's technicians continually receive comprehensive hands-on
training from GBD’s Institute of Technology
